Days in May

May has been a busy month of wrapping things up... swim lessons ended, dance lessons are almost done as well as CBS and Maddie's preschool.
Andrew loves the horse
Andrew found the rocking horse in Maddie's room, and since then loves to sneak in and ride it.

It's finally been warmer and the girls had the opportunity to wear their favorite capri legging outfits.
Brave girl getting her endoscopy.
Madison has been a brave girl dealing with some health issues since her birthday and after some testing we discovered she has Celiac. Now Mama and Maddie are both gluten-free buddies ;)

Andrew wasn't sure he liked wearing shorts after being in pants all winter. He thought it felt strange to have bare legs. LOL.
Lindsay went with Jarrett to "Bring Your Child to Work Day" and she was thrilled to be with Daddy at the office.
Future Princeton Tiger?

Madison had her Kindergarten Orientation at Ben Franklin and had the opportunity to meet her possible Kindergarten teacher this fall. There are four teachers, so we'll see which one she gets next year!

Philly Zoo

A couple Saturday ago when it happen to be a little cooler and chilly, we decided to head to the Philly Zoo! We have never been, and we've lived here for almost 5 years. LOL. The last zoo we went to was in Santa Barbara, and that was when Maddie was just a baby.
I don't know who is scarier, our red eyes or the SNAKES behind us. Ick.
360 degree view of an ant farm..
Bubs and Daddy
They had a playground inside the park, which was perfect for getting the wiggles out!
There were PONY RIDES at the zoo, and our little Cowgirl couldn't resist...

Can you tell what was Madison's favorite part of the zoo?
Next to the pony rides there was something that was right up Andrew's alley...
"Choo Coo"
Boy, was he excited to ride the train.
"Let me in there!"

Choo Choo Train
Andrew was so serious about riding the train. He was mesmerized by the conductor, and the whistle. I think he would have preferred to be by the engine, but we got stuck at the caboose. LOL.
Lindsay's favorite part of the zoo were the lions...

Zebra!
Look on the roof... there are cheetahs lounging!

Papa's Visit 2017

A couple weeks after Easter Papa came for a visit to NJ! We had a ton of fun, and he got his fill of hugs, reading books, tickles, snuggles and all around silliness from his grand kids. We did some good eating, went to the beach and played outside a ton.
Papa and his beach babies
Andrew loved taking Papa to the beach and they had fun building sand castles...
Papa took the Lindsay and Madison each on their own seashell hunting walks...
Lindsay was all about quantity, where as Madison was all about quality of the shells. LOL. Although sisters, they are so unique.
Daddy got some rest and relaxation watching the waves and playing with the kids..
And Papa took Andrew and Madison into the water to splash... Andrew's pants didn't stay on long. LOL
He LOVED it. We had a tough time trying to get that stinker out of the water.

Jarrett busted out his smoker one day and we had a BBQ feast... Twiced baked potatos, watermelon salad corn on the cob and pulled pork..YUM!

It was a lovely, relaxed and totally fun visit!! Boy, do these grand babies love their Papa (we're also pretty fond of him too ;) Thanks for the visit Pops, come back to see us soon!! xo

Easter 2017

Happy Easter, He is Risen Indeed! We had a lovely Easter celebrating Jesus's Resurrection and our everlasting life because of his victory over sin and death!
The girls enjoyed literally coloring hard boiled eggs this year, (thought the dye and cups were just too messy with Little Man) and since I am the only one in our house who likes to actually eat the eggs, I had my fill, and then some. Thank goodness it's only once a year. Haha!
Girl participated in Palm Sunday at our church, Stone Hill of Princeton. They were given palm leaves to wave and say, "Hosanna!"

They took their jobs pretty seriously. LOL.
The kids woke up early Easter morning to find their baskets from the bunny, and their last Resurrection Egg... it was empty ;)

Me and the Babes
After church we had Easter lunch, yum yum!

It was super warm that day, perfect for several rounds of egg hunting!
Madison enjoyed skipping along picking up her favorite colored eggs, while Lindsay was in super competitive mode and wanted to be the winner with the most eggs.

Little Buddy was content to find any eggs that his sisters left for him. LOL.

Happy Easter! Love, The Fisher Family
